From Sunday School till now....what had changed? (Chung Ling High School)

This morning in my school, as usual, we have prayer meeting....but it was different. Why? Is because my leader suddenly just asked us:" How was Sunday School for you?" Then he let us think for a while. After that, he call a Form 6 girl to say. If I'm not wrong, she said that it was fun, a good memory... Next, he asked me. Then I said:" Ya, as what she said, fun, good memory...and ya, is those day lah...that we learn from the bible verses helped us to grow..." Then my leader said:" You all still remember the bible story? If I ask you some of it now,,,I think sure you still remember....like David and his friend Jonathan...."
Actually, what we learned in Sunday School is really important. It is like the foundation. And I still remember...the games that we played got a meaning behind it, and the little little things we do is fun and also got meaning. What's so important about all this 'meaningss'?? Can't we just play a game after that continue do something?? This 'meaningss' do help us a lot. It not just help us to grow...but it also make us not that easy to forget about it and that's where we learned.... Most of us maybe brought up in a Christian family or some may go to church when young.....but do you guys still remember the things you did in Sunday School?
Jump back to my story. After my leader have said that, he asked...what had changed from that time till now....? This time he didn't let us think but he say:" That time we still small...don't know anything...still pure...so parents take us go church...we go....Do you still remember the first time you believe in Jesus? We are still like gong gong and parents say accept ma accept loh....Actually after we accepted Him...this is like the first love we have....but till now...after going all the Sunday Schools and things you have learned....what really had changed? Think carefully...your Character or your First Love for Him.....??"
What I want to highlight here is the things you have learned in Sunday School and the things that had changed...is it from bad to Good? Or is it another way....good to Bad....!
I hope you guys can share something here on what you have learned in Sunday Schools helped or the funniest thing happen there ...and also share what things had changed....It may be a testimony that will blessed others. I actually don't know why am I writing this...but in my heart, I just felt that this may just helped somebody or bless someone...so I just share.
Conclusion: Remember! Is good that your character change from bad to good. But it is BAD that your First Love for Him had change! If your First Love for Him had changed...faster turn back to Him!

Never Stop Praying (SMK St. Anthony, Region 3)

My story may seems short and simple and..yeah..simple but i thought i want to share it because it did happen,and for me,it showed that God does exist and He always be there for us whenever we need Him.
During the last school's holiday,most of us went for a regional camp that was held at Betong. We learned a lot during the 3days camp and the things that really made us think twice were our teenager's life problem and the way we live our life all this while.Back from the camp i kept on receiving text messages from my friends informing me that one of our friends was in dilemma and was in need of help. we formed our prayer group through text messages and asked them to pray for that friend of ours. One night,my friend text me and told me that we should pray for her(our friend who was in dilemma) at exactly 10.55 p.m and i believed that we did it at exact time. We knew that we shouldn't stop praying and so.during recess time at our school,we did the same thing,that was praying for her..so that she won't lose her faith in God and she would stay strong. It didn't happen to her alone though..it happened to the rest of us,(dugaan dan cabaran).we never forget to pray...day and night and today,praise the Lord because we were healed inside out. we won't stop praying 4 our recess revo and we are expecting something great and awesome to happen!

| We have PRAYER GROUPS meeting in various schools throughout the week. Our focus is revival in schools, and it’s a gathering and movement of students hungry to see a mighty move of God and to make a lasting impact in their schools. We believe Prayer moves mountains and nothing is impossible for those who believe! |

PRAYER FOCUSES

- Claim our next target: 240 teens, 500 teens by the end of the year.
- Let's go all out to fill The House this Sunday. Pray and invite and believe for salvation.
- Pray for our Home Parties happening tomorrow and for individual Homes growth. Keep TN5 Home Party in prayer.
- Pray for a strong leadership team and for the right labourers to serve with us.
- Pray for our RR Groups/Project Mordecai/CFs. Pray for courage and protection. Let's pray for them to grow as well.
- Pray for Acts Church as a whole; for the leadership and the people of the church. Pray against distraction and disunity. Let's be a church that is growing together.
- Pray for provision and let's also sow into the remaining 8% of the deposit for our new building. Let's claim this "promise land"!
